You can apply for a Return in the 'My orders' section of your account within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in a good condition, with the original packaging and documents.
To return an item, go to the “My orders” section of your account and create a DHL Parcel return label for the items you want to return. After you create the DHL Parcel label, take the goods to a DHL Parcel UK ServicePoint to be returned.
*Please note, you will be responsible for Return shipping charges.
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned products. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Please note, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
